Returns/Exchanges
We can’t refund payments on custom orders, but we want you to be happy. Please email us at angela@livandb.com and we’ll see what we can do. If the error occurs on our end, we are happy to refund your shipping fees. We DO not return worn jewelry for a full refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders that are NOT damaged.
Shipping
We have shipping options of, UPS, USPS mail, and USPS transit time takes 4-6 business days.
International shipping can take over a month depending on the destination’s customs regulations.
Availability
Occasionally items will go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs and we cannot guarantee availability of any design.
Holiday orders
Around the holidays orders may be delayed, and we will promptly notify you if this is the case.
December 10th Cut Off:
Last day to order with USPS shipping and guaranteed delivery by December 23rd. If you choose USPS Priority or FedEx, your items will get to you sooner, but expedited shipping will not move your order up in the queue. If you are worried about stolen packages, please order with signature delivery confirmation!
Return Policies
We here at Liv & B Designs want you to be happy with the piece you have chosen. It gives me great pleasure in knowing that the piece of jewelry that you have purchased has made you feel special in some way.
Returns and exchanges on stock items can be made within 14 days of when you received your purchase. A full item refund or credit for the item cost toward an exchange will be made pending the returned item is in the same condition as shipped, and earrings unworn. If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the returned, the difference will be refunded to you less shipping costs.
We DO NOT accept or return Special Orders, like Hand stamped items, wedding and special occasions etc.
If there is a defect in craftmanship I will be happy to return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me immediately, We will arrange for the return and exchange or full refund of your item.
Custom Hand-Stamped
The hand stamped pieces can not be hand stamped on the back side of the piece, however if you choose to purchase the PMC ( precious metal clay), we can stamp almost anything. We only send out the best quality.We do our very best to get things done quickly and provide the best quality.
Please allow up to 2 weeks to complete your custom hand stamped order. Custom orders are non-refundable, but we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please send me an email and we will see what we can do for you.
We create a lot of one of a kind jewelry, which will be stated in the description of each listing. We strive to bring uniqueness to our line because no two people are alike, and neither should the jewelry. We will always try to find a comparable piece if your desired piece goes on back order. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
