ORDERING

Orders may be placed directly through our wholesale portal.

Wholesale pricing is visible when logged into your approved retailer account.

PRICING

All prices are listed in USD.

Authorized retailers receive 50% off MSRP.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping Incentive:
For orders over $1,000, Liv & B will cover 50% of domestic shipping costs.
Postal insurance (USPS shipments) is included.

OPENING ORDERS

Opening order minimum: $1,000

Payment is required prior to shipment for all first-time accounts.

A digital invoice will be issued once your order is confirmed.

RE-ORDERS

Re-order minimum: $150

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Any changes or cancellations must be submitted via email within 48 hours of order placement.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is accepted via the wholesale checkout portal unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and shipment.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at time of fulfillment.

Liv & B reserves the right to select the shipping carrier.

Retailers may request a preferred carrier and assume any additional fees.

HANDMADE VARIATION

All Liv & B pieces are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, stone, or finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Shipments must be inspected upon arrival.

Any damage or defect claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Approved defective items will be replaced with new merchandise.

RETURNS

Wholesale merchandise is final sale.

Returns are accepted only for approved defective items as outlined above.

CONSIGNMENT

Liv & B does not offer consignment at this time.
